The tech team were very busy over the summer: our Assure360 wizards never sleep! The latest releases are now live and working on the site and app stores. Here’s a quick roundup of the highlights.

First of all there is an updated Paperless app – with some tools to make the supervisor’s life a lot easier. We have completely re-worked the way you can report asbestos projects. Now when you click ‘Prepare Report’ you get four options. The first two are what you are used to: Search View and Full Report. Both are different ways of sharing the full project detail – either as a searchable table, or printable PDF.

The next two are new. Short Report is targeted at simple non-licensed jobs and includes a cover sheet, a site diary entry (Work Completion) and the certificate of cleanliness. Finally, we have Customised Report – this is the same as the Full Report, but you get to include/exclude any sections you want.

We’ve tidied up the People (detail) page – the first step on the route to making it available on site.

And finally, one I am particularly keen on: a brand-new report that allows you to analyse the data we are getting from Paperless on the pass/fail rate of enclosures. Data is split by supervisor, and gives you a competency score for each. Based on the average ratio of visuals to completed four-stage clearance, the scoring is on a scale of -75 to lots. Find it in the project dropdown menu.
